Hmm... Where do I even begin' I guess I will start off by saying the office staff are extremely unprofessional. For instance, after signing our lease,leasing agent Jeanessa and Manager Heather made changes to a LEGAL document without my knowlendge! I had signed the lease for two covered parkings, but another car had been parking in the spot I had signed for. When I brought this to their attention, they brought out their FORGED copy of my lease, to which they made changes to. They crossed out one of the parkings I signed for and wrote in another. Miss not so bright Jeanessa sold me a parking spot that was already taken! Nonetheless their changes to a signed legal document wreaks of unprofessionalism and stupidity.
