Not a good choice

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
I moved into this apartment complex March 2006. My lease is coming up, and there has been little to no response to maintenance requests I have filed, only empty promises. Ants and cockroaches are a common problem, the parking is near impossible at night, the dumpsters are located so that one dumpster services several buildings and is usually overflowing. One of the advertised pools has not been in service for the past three years. The appliances are about 15 years old, and management refuses to replace them. My neighbors have problems ranging from water damaged ceilings and walls to black mold being painted over by management. The complex advertises a gated community, but the gates are always open. There have been vandalisms, thefts, and a large share of drug trafficing on property. My own vehicle was broken into with a crowbar a week after I moved in, and all management would do is say they are not liable for the safety of our vehicles. For the price, location, and square footage, it would be a great choice - but poor management has ruined my experience here.
