I moved into the complex because it looked like the best value for the money, but I've seen why the rent is lower. They won't fix things after multiple requests, the "secured gates" have been broken and left open since I moved in. My lease is coming to an end, and they've already tried to charge me a month to month fee, prior to my lease expiring. It may be a cheaper place, but it's not worth it.
