ok my husband and i lived in sandia rigde for 2 yrs..they never fixed anythang,managers are rude and always blame what they have to fix on you..water pipes busted and water soaked our floor and walls and mildewed they didnt bother to fix the carpet or walls so we moved to another appt (RIO VOLCAN WHICH IS GREAT) and left them the key to fix the place since are lease wasnt up and we were still paying rent well they left my door unlocked my tvs and steam cleaner was stolen so where waiting on the rent and stolen property to be replaced but that was over a month ago so i guess were going to end up taking them to court the "security" gates never worked and no security..that was an absoloutly horrible place to live and i would never ever recommend anybody!!!
