this is my first time looking at this site, by reading and looking at the reviews i think some people left angry and has put blame elsewhere, i have lived here for 4yrs and i know this place has had its ups and downs, but they have always tried to keep the residents informed the best they can. NO ONE OR NO PLACE IS PERFECT!! i think this place is nice and the staff is helpfull and friendly. but most of the residents i know love it here and would recomend to family and friends. so check it out before you listen to angry people who dont have there ducks in a row.

I was very happy there and moved because I was fortunate to find a house however the last year and half I was there is when I became discouraged with the property. The staff other then the manager were very courteous. My complaint is trying to get some one to fix things timely not a couple of months later. The heated pool was closed for 2 summers with no explanation other then they were waiting on inspections. My neighbors had parties which when complained was never addressed. The gates never worked were always open and that was one of the reasons why I left. I think these are legitimate complaints so I feel my ducks were in a very straight row. I am glad things are good for you there and some of my neighbors were also very unsatisfied so if you are assuming everyone left cause they were angy you may want to check your facts. I was not pleased with not getting what I paid for yes but not angy.
