When we moved in in May, our apartment was not up to par. In fact, if they would have showed me the apartment that I was going to live in instead of the model, I would not have rented here. There were so many things wrong with the apartment, that my move-in sheet was 2 pages long with all the discrepancies. I currently rent a 2 bdrm apt. This apartment is so small, that it really should be a 1 bdrm. The cooler doesn't really cool the apartment all the way until late evening, the sprinklers are always running, so you have to find parking away from them or you will get hard-water stains on your car from them. The pool area is always dirty. The only things nice are the tennis courts and the fitness room. The managemnet is another thing. Because the manager spends all her time across the street at Del Rio, this property is in caos. There is only one person in the office, so you have to time your visits in the office or you will miss the leasing agent. And just try treaching the manager, if you don't have an appointment, you won't be able to see her. That is totally unacceptable! We pay a good amount of money to live here, and this place is not worth it. If i would have known about this place in advance I would not have lived here. For the amount of money, I would rather spend it at one of those business hotels off the freeway, where you can just pay by the month and live there. I used to be in the apartment business and this is one of the worst properties in the area. This property is ranked as a "B" property and this is truly a "C" property.
