I have lived in a lot of apartments and find this one to be charming. It is small, but the price reflects what you get. It has a washer and dryer which is perfect for me, and I also love the location. I have not had any problems with the staff office or maintenance. I have the usual problems parking, sprinklers, noise, but I don't own it I just rent it. If you are looking for nice and affordable rent here.
