These apartments are small. There is no storage space. The closets are tiny and there is no light. When I moved in the carpets were stained etc. Maintenence is very efficient though. If something breaks I have usually had it fixed the next day after I call. The apartment has a serious pigeon problem. Do not keep anything out in your balcony unless you want it to be covered with pigeon droppings. The parking setup isn't very good but they don't charge for covered parking. The rent isn't extremely high, so if you are looking for something cheap this is the place. If you care about the quality of living I definitely would not recommend it.

I've lived her for a year now and agree with the prompt actions of the maintenance staff, but can't relate to the other problems. I have never lived in such a wonderful place before. It is such a great feeling to walk into the office everyone knows my name and takes the time to chit chat. I would definetly recommend Sombra to my friends and family.
