Huge roach problem

I initially moved into a studio apartment at Somerset Park and was quite happy. After about 9 months I requested a larger apartment and moved into a 1 bedroom in a different building. After only a few months I had to break the lease and move out due to a huge roach problem. It was so bad I had to wash all dishes prior to use and even had roaches crawling on me at times. I asked for additional pest control several times with which Somerset Park complied but it never really got better even when I did roach bombs on my own. It cost me an additional months rent to break the lease and when I was returning the key and paying for a month that I wasn't going to even live there, the office staff informed me that pest control had told them about this huge roach problem and NOW they were going to tear out walls and cabinets to renovate and get rid of the roaches. It was unfair that I had to pay for a month when they needed to completely renovate the apartment and they knew it. I also had other problems in the apartment. The air conditioner unit leaked into the floor on several occaisons and they didn't seem able to fix it so it ever stopped for more than a couple of days. On one occaison, I had a leak under the bathroom sink that it took 48 hours for anyone to come repair and I was emptying the bucket every few hours.
