they look great when they first show you, but after you move in you start seeing thats not kept up, When the new management came in they were worse than the old ones, something happend and a window broke while i was out , the management took 2 weeks to replace the window and if it would not had been reported to the police the renter had to have to pay for it themselfs.There was a incident that distroit a tenants pc and other electrical things , a electrisity plug shorted and burned up a pc and cellphone loader and the office did not help the tenant out , they put a new one in and they said they would pay for the damages but did not do it. They take advantage of the tenants that they have to pay the rent or else...but dont give courtisy back at all!!! Not to recoment this appartments again ..Its a shame cause it could be good..they charge to much for what you get. the ac does not work good either..its to hot in there. I can go on and on about this....

I have been a tenant at this location for 7 months and I have not had a bad experience since my move here. I was given an apartment at the last minute (like the same day) because another location said I would have to wait a week after moving here from Georgia. I have had plumbing issues but this was corrected in that same week. Last year was the worst winter since 1972, I hear, so our walks were not as clear of snow as I would have liked, especially since we have many elderly people here, that was the most aggravating. I have found most of the people who complain about this location, who I've talked to, want things done right away but that's not realistic from any apartment complex. My rent is not as high as many of the others I know in ABQ and my apartment looks better. I have never had to use air conditioning so far because my apartment stays cool.It probably depends on what position your apartment is, if given more sun than the others. I do know they have been working on the air system but have given notices when water would be turned off and why, many complexes didn't do this for me. There is a little mess because there are many changes taking place as far as painting, roof repair, pond repair etc. So far I have had more Pros than Cons here. No place is perfect and this place is not as bad as many where I have lived. I would recommend it in a heartbeat.
