These apartments were awful to live. Yes, they are cheap, but you get what you pay for, especially in the GHETTO!! My living experience over the course of a year was terrible. The management has NO CLUE what the heck they are doing and maintenance and water back ups were huge problems, especially living on the fourth floor... Two days after moving in my room mate and I already had problems with the bath tubs not draining... I would not recommend these apartments to anyone! They are unsafe, when walking outside I was fearful of being mugged, one time while trying to lock my door before leaving a man walked up and offered me drugs! Scary place and not worht the time, money, or effort!!
