This place is the poorest complex I have seen yet. Overall, it is a slum ridden dump. As previous reviews stated, there are bums sifting through the apartment dumpsters, gunshots are within earshot, and numerous vehicles being broken into and vandalized.
The plumbing is so bad that they have quit informing residents when water will be shut off because it is so often. You may wake up to get ready for your daily activities and find you have to take a subzero shower. The "beautiful" ponds and creeks are full of trash and algae. The playground is right next to the community dog park. So horrible stenches waft when the wind shifts.
In attempt to make the community "safer" the new management installed new locks but did not have enough new keys for all the residents when supposedly they had enough for every apartment. Is that making it safer' Handing out keys like candy to people who may or may not be true residents' I also tripped and tore a few ligaments in my ankle trying to seek an alternative route because I didn't have a key to get through the main gate and also due to the poor lighting throughout the already unsafe community.
My vehicle was vandalized and when reporting the incident to the new management they did not seem sincere or concerned for the safety of their residents or the personal property of their residents. My boyfriend and I have seen at least two other cars being vandalized. Cinder blocks being thrown through windows and shattered windows.
So unless you'd like rude and cold-hearted management, your vehicle being vandalized, bums going through your trash, hearing gunshots over the weekend, the after party parading below your window at the wee hours of the morning, the reek of illegal substances leaking through your windows, I DO NOT recommend this apartment complex at all!
