grounds OK- the dog poop place is dispicable and i would not take my dog there to sniff other dogs poop and get parvo or some disease.
the neighboors next to me are wonderful. But the ones that are in football surrounding us all yell their heads off from 5 to 9... so it gets annoying, but my husband and I can deal with it.
My apartment has been in construction because of a bad pipe and the staff, after three days of coplaining about the jackhammer and the leathal rusted dust in my lungs, finally put us in a hotel. They said they would take the money we used to pay the hotel and not charge us in the rent but three months later they still say we owe them money.
There is a lot of communication problems between the staff. Mike will say "You don't owe" while the idiot girl in the front counter keeps sending us notices saying we owe money.
All the washers are broken. It was a fight to try and get my load in before this man starts heading to the washer when i clearly was there first.
the lady in the front desk always seems to lose our rent, probably because shes talking to her boyfriend in the office.

Price is nice. Neighboors will probably move out by next year, but the idiot staff is hard to deal with. So if you can good for you. I know I am moving out when the lease is up.

I am sorry you feel this way but please do not stretch things out too far. I myself have apologized several times about the issues that were caused by the broken pipe and unfortunately things like that do happen sometimes. However we did credit the account with all monies that you paid out of pocket for a hotel which we agreed to as soon as we found out how in-depth the work that was being done was.(Approximately a day and a half, not three) As for the notice on the door that was my fault, not the "idiot girl" in the office. I unfortunately was unable to get the credit entered in the computer before she put out the delinquency notices. When you came in and pointed out that it had been missed I did it right there on the spot and everything was cleared up. As for the washing machines; yes we did have several that were broken. However, just yesterday, the vendor who owns the washing machines came by and fixed them all so they should all be working. Again, I apologize that you are unhappy with the level of service myself and my staff have been able to provide you. I sincerely hope that we can do better in the upcoming future and hope that you choose to stay with us at the end of your lease. Mike Doyle, Community Manager

It was three days. the washing machines are awesome thanks for fixin that up. just because you werent there doesnt mean we didnt deal with the rest of your staff at least 3 times about us oweing, with them shrugging us off each time, and the assistant manager saying yes we didnt owe but still getting another payment reminder from the front staff. And after you talked to your staff we still got another payment reminder for $40.79 which seems odd since when we paid for this month $544.00 which is around the amount we usually pay. SO... yeah not fully understanding the charges... but im not saying your evil you're infact a very nice person and i appreciate everything you have done. it's just when you cant get into the office at 10:30 because no one is there, or your staff leaves future residence with a key to go look at an apartment themselves, or when you told me you would have someone help me clean up my apartment from all the rusted dust on a certain day and i get there to find no one knows what im talking about kinda has me on ends.
