My first apartment was on the first floor below obese newlyweds. I really liked the complex but couldn't handle the noise so I moved to an upstairs apartment close to the park - worth the money. There's a grocery store, sports bar, restaurants, and a fitness gym right across the street. Aside from the typical police sirens at night (standard for all of ABQ) it's pretty quiet. The management has changed 4 times since I've been here but service has been good overall. The pool is clean, fitness center is small, and the basketball courts aren't the greatest. Still, for value, location, cleanliness, and distance to activities, this is one of the best in town.
