Good Staff, Nice Location

We've had very few problems with our townhome-style 1 bedroom apartment. The office staff has always been very nice and willing to help, the maintinace has just been ok. We do have some noise issuses but only late at night when you have no TV or radio playing, but the office staff has done their best to help. The location is very nice, centrally location within the city and close to good schools. Also, a very nice, large park is located right behind the complex.
