The place was a dump. Extremely outdated AND dirty. There was a mouse hole in the trim-no kidding-like a cartoon "Tom and Jerry" hole for who knows what to enter the apartment at will. Under sinks the walls were rotted or broken out, and just covered by shabby boards. Under the kitchen sink was rotting and sunken it. Water damage to bathroom floors and vanities. Broken and moldy tiles in bathrooms. And in laundry area, moldy soft walls were merely painted over. The dishwasher was turquoise inside if that tells you how old it was, and there were food particles in the drain as if it had never been cleaned. Black grime covered closet shelves to hang clothes on. And all the staff does is make excuses like it's YOUR problem that they rent out apartments in sub living standards. They just want your money and they'll do anything to get it.
