i have lived here for 2 years now and i am finally fed up. They never fix things when they say they are going to. It takes 2 weeks to unclog a garbage disposal' come on! I think it comes from the staff in the office. They tell u they are going to put a order in and they never do. You have to call back 3 or 4 times for something to actually get done. To top it off the manager is a complete nightmare. She is rude and talks down to you. And says she is going to get something taken care of and never does. She is kniving. The rest of the staff is ok. More helpful and act more like they care about the residents needs. My advice don't get yourself stuck in a lease here. You will absolutely hate it.

It seems there is a pattern here.. Nobody likes the office staff. Most of the complaints are for the office staff..Maybe people wouldn't be complaining if the Staff didn't give them a reason to. Ever thought of that.. hmmmm exactly!
