Noise level bad, visual image good.

If appearances are everything and you are stone deaf, this is the place for you. Noises inside the building and outside of the building are intrusive. Resident finds themselves trapped on a floor that sounds like a chicken coop, what with all those loud voices cackling away. Earplugs necessary for a peaceful nights sleep.
