We have lived at the Summit for several years, during which time we have discovered what a horrible place it is to live at. The maintence man - ---- - is extremely creepy and unfriendly. The management, when their in the office, are extremely rude and unhelpful. It seems like the owners of the apartment recruited some girls right out of high school to manage the complex. Not only is the noise excessive, it smells like mothballs from all the elderly people that live here. The heat is turned on in September and the air conditioning is not turned on until late May. We couldn't take it, that's why we had to move. Learn from our mistake - stay away from the Summit unless you are over 75, cold all the time and love the sounds of the freeway 24 hours a day.

I would have to disagree. I have lived at the Summit for several years also and I live on the north side and rarely do I hear any outside noise from the freeway or otherwise. I am young and go to school not even near 75 years of age and I love it here. Everyone is considerate and the maintenance staff always takes care of any requests immediately-I never have to wait on them. The girls in the office are very sweet. My roommate and I are really happy here and we will stay here until we graduate.
