I am only 20 years old and I wanted a safe place to live. The summit is just that. friendly staff and nice apartments. Little expensive at times, but worth every penny. I have been here about 7 months now and the only complaint that I have is that the laundry rooms are only on two of the four wings and washers/dryers are most of the time not working, but lots of places close by. Inside entry can be difficult if you have large furniture and your not on the first floor but other than that great!
