1. It is not a safe place to live. Two cars were stolen from the parking lot last month. Management did not inform the residents and took the bulletin boards down after someone posted related information.

2. It is very noisy. Noisy comes from free ways, Kmart, Indian School Road, people returning after midnight using outside metal stairs, gate opening and closing at all times and too many to list.

3. Interior too old and dirty.

4. Management are dishonest and irresponsible. They lie and only care about their profits.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from Summit Apartments. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

My car was one of the one's that got broken into in March. I learned that their "Cameras" are actually dummies, and do not work. When I signed the lease agreement, they told me they were working cameras. Scum is what the management is. The only good maintence guy left in December as well.

i see the cameras in the office on the screens they have. I wonder if they just cant give out information on them? i guess I just have had a different experience here.
