I really liked living at The Summit Apartments. I was there 3 years and never had any major problems. My kitchen sink once overfilled with water from the apartment above. The maintenance guy came to fix it but they had to call a plumber. It wasn't a big deal. They fixed it the same day and had their cleaning lady come and clean up after the plumber. I would say the best part of living there was the size of my apartment. The two bedrooms are huge. Never saw their one bedrooms. I used to live at Netherwood down the street and this place is a step up from them. The price is a little high for the UNM area but you get what you pay for. I never had any problems with the management. If you rent there try to get an apartment that faces the pool. That is the best location. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
