This is the second time i have lived at summit. I moved from there 6 years ago to some the new apartments on the west side because they were brand new. I always had plumbing problems and the walls were bad there at that place. I enjoy summit much more. i decided to come back for a couple of reasons. One was the noise. i never had any noise problems here evven though we are by the freeway. they don't have big parties like other places do either.Another one was the people here. jessica the manager rented to me my apartment to me a 3 years ago. she is niceand still here to. and i like the other people who work here too. I dont now much about the gym or pool since i dont really use them. I do walk a lot and they have a park across the street adn kmart to.
