I just wanted to let those in need of a really nice apartment community, that "The Summit" in the Near-In, NE Hieghts area of Albuquerque is "tops."

I've lived here for 3-years and have nothing but positive acolades regarding the facilities, and Property Management Team/Maintenance Crew.

Over the course of the 3-years I've lived here, I've benefited form Jessica Sorn's motivated team including: upgraded laundry facilities, swimming pool-related upgrades, and no shortage of prompt, friendly and professional assistance with my own units' maintenance. Either upon request, or by offer, my unit's blinds have been replaced, my carpets have been professionally cleaned, I've received pet-friendly pest control, and even had a bedroom window replaced due to moisture between panes.

One of the best aspects of living here is that the Property Management & Maintenance team here, is that they are clearly very happily employed. Tenants are always welcomed with a smile and offers to assist their tenants in any way they can.

I would recommend The Summit to anyone looking for a nice, clean, and quiet luxury apartment communities.
