I lived in Sun Village for a little less than a year and I hated every minute of it. I could never get to sleep because the walls are way to thin and you can hear every thing that's goin on in the apt. next to you. My toilet clogged up at least 10 times, and my shower often had questionable odors coming from the drain. The management sucked! Very rude, didn't give a ---- about anything. Maintinance was non-existent, never came to inspect or convieniently forgot. Sketchy people living there. I could go on and on. DO NOT rent an apartment here. The places are way small and overpriced. The parking was ok, but your car isn't very safe. I reccomend this place only if you're extremely desperate.
