I would search around if you are considering Sun Village. I think its okay...if you're into being really close with your neighbors (ei: listening to them have sex, hearing their phone conversations,you name it). The walls are really thin needless to say. Management is pretty rude. There's two decent women who work there and the rest of them are for the birds. The place is close to campus, but thats all I can really give it.
