Not too bad--not too good, either

Convenient location is a big plus for Sun Village -- but they charge a lot for it. The apartments are not horrible. The walls are a bit thin, but I have never seen (or heard) people partying, and I've never had my car broken in to or damaged (and I don't know anyone who has). The security on staff are very good about meeting you at your apartment if you want someone to escort you to your car. The office staff are some of the rudest people you can come across in a rental office. They are argumentative and unfriendly. A lot of college students live here - and surprisingly, it is a quieter and more studious atmosphere than the dorms were on campus.
