The management is rude, condescending, and inept. The rroves, unlike the pictures in brochures, look like they are gingerbread-house rooves-the concrete is spilling out from the cracks. They take mostly low-income and public assistance, and only others to fill in the gaps-mostly from out of state. The pool is always closed, and they complain about people using sunscreen.

They are also highly dishonest, and it takes forever for them to do repairs.
