My experience was both good and bad. When I first moved in the place it was not very clean. I had to clean behind the refrigerator and stove because there was cockroaches feasting away at the food left behind from the previous tenant. A few weeks later i got neighbors, which at first seemed to be very nice. But i learned that they partied all weekend and night and was never able to get any sleep because the wall are so thin. According to the policy you have two chance before you are evicted. Well these people have had several chances.Well one other thing there is no place to park,you have to park in the fire lane and thats if there is a spot left.I have to admit that maintenance has been very helpful and prompt in fixing things, and security has also been helpful. The apartments are over priced but the convenience has been great.
