Being stellar tenants (paid rent on time, never got a complaint, didnt smoke inside, took care of the apartment) I figured we would be in favor of Sun Village. Instead, being about 6 days late on giving our 30 day notice, they dont cut us a break. Instead they charge us $105 more dollars to stay here a measely 5 more days, of which we wont even be able to be here. With a rude and unfriendly staff, grumpy matinence crews and constant noise I would give Sun Village two serious thumbs down and tell you to consider NOT living here. The "free" shuttle system is in fact $12 each month and each gate key costs $10-$50. There are not nearly enough suitable parking spaces (many are so compact that you constantly hit other people?s car doors.) The building material is shoddy and easily heard through. Most people living here complain that they do not recieve thier down deposite back, even though the apartment was in acceptable shape. I would consider many other places before you make this one your choice.
