The good side was,
1)Upstairs Vault is nice.
2)Location to UNM / shuttle nice
3)Laundramat nice
4)Nice shuttle driver

The bad side is
1)Super thin walls (hear neighbors)
2)Getting a little old- stucco, roofs, electrical, appliences ect ect...
3)Fairly pricy
4)Very near high crime rate side of town
5)Really, really really really snotty staff.
6)Apparantly hard to get deposit back.
7)Cheap cabinets (particle board)
8)SMALL sq footage
