If you don't mind noise, you won't mind this place!

First off, the apartment is not very insulated, it has old windows where you can actually feel a draft coming from the windows. And the worst part if you live on the 1st floor, you can hear EVERYTHING upstairs! Unfortunately, there were 3 kids that lived above me, and they sounded like they were constantly bouncing balls upstairs, you can hear everything that goes on, from walking around, to conversations, you can even hear when someone is going to the bathroom! And the water is connected with everyone in the apartment complex, when someone flushes the toilet upstairs and you're in the shower, brace yourself, you're about to be blasted with cold water for a couple minutes. And when they're in the shower it's loud!
Other then the rest of it, I really don't have any complaints. When I needed something, the people were ready to give it to me, or fix whatever needed fixed, usually the same day. I really have no complaints about the staff. They were friendly. Although, there was one time when I just got out of the shower, one of the staff members came walking through the door, and I didn't appreciate that.
All in all this wasn't a bad place to live, especially when the people upstairs weren't home.
I recommend this place to college kids.
