I have called the Front Office I don't know how many times about the loud noise coming from my neighbors apt. These walls are so paper thin that you can hear everything. The Staff is not willing to help you with anything all they come up with are excuses and you should take care of it yourself type of attitude. The grounds are pretty cool but the Office Staff must go. They are rude and very bitchy. All the office staff are going through PMS everyday. If they don't like dealing with some of the issues that tenants go through then they should find another line of work, because their customer service sucks.

I'm in the same situation... I have a crazy neighbour how start to play loud music from 10 pm and don't stop till 3-4am (during the week, at weekends it's worst..) I'm tired to call security and the police. They did nothing and when you go to the Front desk is worst. They told me that well... you live in a comunity and it's normal that there are noisy people. I want to go out of this place but I signed a contract until august and if I leave I need to pay an extra month-payrent. HOw can I do it to move out of here? Please, I need help Unbelieveable
