Overall the place isnt as good as you might think it is, I thought this place would be nice to move to because it was by the college im going to, and because i didnt know my way around Albuquerque too well at the time. The customer service is below average, very rude people, and the apartments are too expensive for what your paying to live in. I got a studio (thank god) and its about as big as a box room. My neighbor has a 1 bedroom, and she complains that when her friends go over, that they mistake it for a studio also!

I moved into here last august of 07, At first i picked the location where I wanted to be then they changed it to somewhere else because it ended being takin? How --- is that? I got a view of the parking lot atleast (lol) , this place isn't worth living at , my payment was 3 days late after I informed them it would be , and suprise suprise! I was charged 55$ because of that.

Talk about scam and cheats. The pipes are so old in this place, that the water freezes up sometimes, and even once I got dirty water coming out of my shower! As if that isn't disgusting enough the noise you hear at night is terrible! The walls are poorly insulated, and I can't even listion to music on my computer on MEDIUM volume because it is "TOO LOUD" or so they say. So o well for that, I learned my lesson spending 445$ a month here.
