I lived in these crappy aparments for two years and it was the worst experience of my life. The staff was rude and inconciderate, my car was stolen from the parking lot, there was mold in my aparment, cockroaches everywhere, and my apartment was practically falling apart from the half ass repairing job they did after the last fifty tenants vacated. The rent is far to expensive for such a small apartment and I was calling the office every other week to fix yet another issue, which even after they came was either worse or came back a week later. I could hear my neihbors breathe and had no privacy. Overall this is the WORST apartment complex and albuquerque and the shuttle and close proximity to campus is not worth the trouble.

Mold in your bathroom too? How about the entrance gates being open for months at a time then randomly one night they close them and people dont have their access card or its not activated and theres a line of 15 cars to get in your place of living. Then the next day they are broken and open again for months?I went to bbq using their grills when i first moved here and found myself walking back to my apt to make a peanut butter sandwich because the grills were roach infested. Had a problem with tiles fallin off in my shower, took them 2 day to come fix it.. water damage and all softened the wall and they just pasted the tiles back on. Now the whole bottom part of that wall is soft and tiles look to be fallin off again anytime now. Rent is due on the 1st and takes them weeks to cash checks. Im so glad my lease is up soon cuz im gettin the hell out of here.
