Close to UNM and I love it!!

I have been living at Sun Village for over a year and it is so beautiful!! We have a pool that is already open for us to swim in and get a tan. The people in the office are so nice. My daughters ride the shuttle every day to UNM and it is saving me money on gas. I decided to write this to let everyone know that the comments below are so wrong. I see the management walking the property all time they are so friendly they always smile and wave. I can only guess if you have to write bad things about other people you must be a miserable in general.

Where are they in general?? Usually when I see them, they're just walking around in their little chic group ignoring everyone else.

I know, right? Lately, I have seen them walking around with the stupid 300 dollar stimulus shirts.

Trust the other negative reviews. Besides, either management wrote this or the person is a complete idiot (probably both apply). Do the math: the shuttle costs $15 per month per person. You certainly would not spend $15/month on gas driving to UNM (UNM<1.5 miles from Sun Village--thus <3 miles roundtrip, an avg car gets 17 miles/gal, rate of gas at $3/gal (overestimate) all implies that the cost of gas is less than $10/month). For your two daughters, this means that you're paying three times as much as necessary by using the shuttle. The only good thing I'll say about the shuttle is that at least it puts slightly less vehicles on the road.
