I live at sun village and yes I do agree some of the office staff is mean, however if you are reading this and you are a resident I highly recommend when and if you have problems & need assistance you should just go straight to the woman with long brown hair (NOT THE ONE IN THE CORNER OFFICE) she is always helpful and nice and gets the job done. Kudos to her (SORRY NEVER PAID ATTENTION ABOUT HER NAME)
Overall I am a happy resident. People come on look at this place it is beautiful and the vibe here is chill. So I recommend sun village, highly recommend. My apartment is nice, the parking lots are full of cars not trash like the apartments around this area. And sun village has a great indoor racquetball court, this is so great.

Her name is Lola I think. You are right the manager is a -----. I won't even deal with her. When I go in the front office she doesn't even help you she sits in her office and waits for someone else to wait on you so you can pay your rent or if you have a problem with your apt. I wish they would get rid of her she and the accounts receivables manager she too is a -----.

Lola is good... I will agree. However, I'm seeing less and less cars, and more and more trash. I'm sorry, but I see too much trash/beer bottles/etc. to think this place is nice.

Lola is the lady we spoke to "future resident" but she was no help at all. She sent me to the manager, who never returns calls. This is not the place to be in, I'm glad they told me that "they" denied me. Now I am living a home that is quiet, not worrying about the office not being helpful, no trash around the house, better monthly payments for 2br/bathroom apt. This is the place to be. I'd like to say "Thank you office ladies for not having communications with you people" :)

Lola acts like she knows a lot but doesn't know very much. I too was sent to the manager who never bothered to call. Lola gave me a business card with her name HAND WRITTEN on it saying to call the number on there if I needed anything. Well, they never answer the phone. To make things even worse, the fax machine doesn't work and the email on there is bogus.

Does anyone know the managers name or who the owners of the property are? If so call me at 266-0800 Jim Ellis they will not return my calls.
