I can't believe what I heard at the pool on Saturday, I was chilling with some friends and this pretty blond girl said that the Management office is having some of the girls place nice comments on this Apartment Ratings. How pathetic is that, to have your staff write nice things about you. I really like living here it is great but that damn management is something else. I wish they would just get rid of the manager and her side kick. They walk around the property like they are doing something and they don't do crap. They are always talking bad about some of the tenants. I really, really like living here it is close to everything but if they don't change the manager and the other manager/accountant I am going to move because I can't stand these two women. I wish the upper management would come over unannounced and see exactly how these people are, or better yet they should have someone come from their office and pose as one of those "secret shoppers" and have that "secret shopper" report back to the upper management exactly what goes on over here with those two women and how they actually treat the the tenants. The manager and the account receivables/asst. manager should remember if it wasn't for the tenants she wouldn't have an apt. complex to run. We are the customer, without the customer you wouldn't have a complex to run remember that Ms. -------, Manager. Just because you have a title of manager doesn't give you the right to talk down to people and it certainly doesn't give you ownership, you are not the owner. So if the owner is reading this, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE replace the Manager, ------- and the accounts receivables/assistant manager with someone who knows how to treat people and who actually cares about their tenants. I have a suggestion how about replacing her with a man and I mean a man not someone who is ---. Maybe just maybe we can have some respect and not a bunch of gossip. Please Please Please replace -------, and her account receivables/assistant manager. I really do like living here but if they are here when I renew my lease I am going to move to another apartment complex.

Funny there is now a new bimbo working in the office; she will do you a good service, just look for the ugly blond who appeared last week. Also look for the one with knee pads. Other residents here have told me she is real friendly

I think the only cool person to work there while I have been here was a girl named Trish. Always professionally dressed, nice, well mannered and understanding. Whatever happened to her?
