Moved in summer 08 the apartments are in good condition, great for singles, amneities are tops lots of fun, peaceful in day time.
Maintance staff are experts, always aim to please professionals smiling.
Office two departments there . Leasing (customer service) always the same woman in there running like a slave. However she is very knowledgeable professional and concerned, courteous. managment needs evaluation desperately. I don't understand how anyone with such a bad attitude towards resident and employees is in the comm manager position. Are times so desperate that this managment company doesnt care what a terrible employee the community manager is. Open your eyes. I hope the leasing customer service woman is appreciated by this terrible management.

I agree, this was most def. written by someone in the office. Nice try guys. This place is not all it is cracked up to be. For one, when you take people on a tour, you show a model which is the same floorplan, but with different carpet, walls, paint, everything is nice. Then you go into your own, and the cabinets are different, carpet sucks, ceilings and walls suck, the bathroom..sucks! The laundry room always has washer and dryers that dont work, but dont have signs that say they dont. So you will do your laundry and waste money finding out your clothes didnt wash or dry. So you have to switch machines and hope that you arent wasting your time again. The pool and hot tub barely ever get cleaned. I stay as far away from the hot tub as I can. Its GROSS! The apartments themselves are small which is why they dont tell you the sq. ft. It isnt on any brochure.. the model apartments are set up to make the rooms look bigger which is easy to do by proffesionals. The gates suck! I got my card stolen, but its 25 bucks for a new one which is why i havent gotten one. so i try sneak into the other side of the gate, when people are leaving.. which is what everyone else does. the list could go on..
