Small, Ugly, Outdated, and Expensive

This complex is Terrible! They overcharge for the location because it's 5-10 minutes away from UNM and 5-10 minutes away from downtown Albuquerque. I pay $755 a month for a two bedroom that's extremely small. You get barely anything for the high price you pay. Water is included but electric, cable and internet are not.
The Rooms are extremely small. If you have a large bed, expect to fit only that and nothing else in your room. The kitchen is extremely small, ugly and old and only one person can be in it at a time. The Appliances are the most outdated appliances I've ever seen! They look as if they've been in here since the 1800's. They're old and decrepit and perform poorly. It's obvious that the countertops are extremely cheap, they are peeling at the edges and are an ugly off-white. and very cheap white cabinents. The fridge requires ice trays and there is no dining area.
The bathroom is a closet. And the water in the sink smells like rotten eggs everytime we turn on the faucet. We've asked them to fix it, and they came in and "fixed it" but it still reeks. It's extremely ugly and outdated and absolutely tiny.
The maintenance is always half baked. I've seen clean up crews redoing apartments that residents have left and they use spray paint to cover up scuff marks and do a poor job on fixing and making things look better. Our paint is peeling. Our drain in the bathtub has problems and our water smells really funky.
The Pool is often dirty and it's not heated. even when it's 100 degrees outside it feels like jumping into ice water. And it's full of trash and leaves. the hot tub smells like dirt and i don't think they keep up the pool and hot tub with the proper chemicals it needs, such as chlorine and shock.
Not to mention the entire complex is extremely ugly! All the buildings are a bright salmon pink and the stucco looks as if they attempted a rustic look and miserably failed it desperately needs to be redone. The staff is o.k. they are often helpful but kinda have a "it's not our problem" attitude towards a lot of things. The staff have ridiculous restrictions. you're not allowed a satilette dish because it "looks tacky" and you're not allowed to leave trash on your doorstep for more then five minutes or they charge you $80 dollars. The laundry is complicated, you have to have a debit card and swipe it in a machine and it gives you credits on another card that you then swipe on the washers and dryers. I don't know why quarters won't suffice'
The last thing i'll leave you readers with is that all the neighboors are out to get you. They don't hesitate to quickly report petty things that aren't a big deal, and my room mate and I have had rocks, and eggs thrown at our doors and windows on many occasions, and we are friends with everyone we've met in the complex and have no enemies so...
