I think that says enough! All the trash comes through here. I moved here from Colorado and had no idea. If I knew what kind of area I was moving into I would have told them to stop wasting peoples time and bulldose it to the ground. It is an old place but they charge like it is worth it. I would not recommend to my worst enemy! Parking is terrible and you have to watch where you park because people who live in the apts. next to these will ram the fence that separates the two and hit your car.
