These apartments have more crime than they appear to have. They look nice, but just ask APD how many times they've had to pay a visit. With two registered sex offenders living there, domestic violence arrests, and the unmistakable smell of drug use every weekend, I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. They are loud, dangerous, and a little overpriced. Stay away.
