I moved out just recently, do to circumstances that I could not control.I wish that I would have been able to stay. I enjoyed living there. For the majority of the time it was really quiet, nobody really bothered anybody. I am single female and I felt safe when I lived there. I have to admit, many times I feel asleep with my windows open and my door unlocked! Probably not the best thing to do, but nothing happened. The people in the rental office were always really nice to me. They were always really prompt in answering my questions and fixing things in the apartment. They didn't hassle me when I told them that I needed to move out. The main lady there, I don't recal her name, did the walk-through with me and told me what I should anticipate paying for. I got the majority of my deposit back with no problem, just needed to pay for carpet and oven cleaning. I loved the fireplace! That was probably what won me over from the get go. I was very impressed to see one in a Studio apartment. I did have a small problem with spiders when I first moved in, but they quickly fixed that issue. The only thing that I could complain about at all was my next door neighbors' kids. They were a bit to loud for me in the mornings, since I work nights. I loved that they were a gated community, although some of my friends didn't. The security guard there was always friendly didn't let anyone in that shouldn't be there, to my knowledge.
