I been here for a bout 2 years now and I think that sunchase is awesome.. The office staff is wonderful, they respond to my request right away and they are always doing nice stuff for their residents. I never heard anyhting about a breaking it is very quiet. I plan to stay here many more years. I will defenetely Recommend it to you.

I totally agree that sunchase Apartments are great. The staff at the leasing office is nice and the maintenance technicians are always working and having my work orders ready on time. I also like the location and the grounds are always clean. The only thing that they need to do is to put some attention to the playground. It needs to be renovated!
