I have lived here going on a year now and can say that overall, Sunchase is a nice place to live. Granted, it is on Montgomery Blvd, but it seems to be an oasis in the middle of the apartment desert. Gated, well maintained, and spacious for what you pay for. The washer and dryer hook ups are a major plus. The walls in my unit are about the only major drawback. It seems that they did not insulate the majority of the inside walls! I can usually hear my neighbors if they are overly loud. Aside from that, I have no real complaints.
