Stay clear of these apartments! The property management uses inflated utility bills to keep your deposit (so called apportioned amounts that are not part of your usage). Then they add incidental charges to take advantage of your move-out in order to generate revenue even though you made note of the stained carpet, stained oven and stove, etc on your move-in inspection report. To top it off the swimming pool looked like a sewage pond for over 3 months!
