Utilities and everything way to high.

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
The CUBCO or the property managements company that handles the utilities can charge whatever they want it is computer controled in the office. High crime, stereo stole twice from my car. Heat turned on when already freezing outside, A/C turned on after it gets to hot. Renter beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
