I just moved in about 3 months ago. I really love my apartment! It's a spacious
One bedroom-larger than most that I've seen. The landscaping is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I had a few issues when I moved in that were taken care of within 2 days. My utility bill was not exorbitant- about $85 for
gas, electric, water. Less then what I've paid elsewhere. I don't know if 2 bedrooms get billed higher than 1 bedrooms.

The only concerns I have at the moment are the large pot holes in the parking lot and the overflowing dumpster on the weekend.

yes, there are large pot holes in the parking lot that been sitting there for more than a month. One of the gates doesn't lock properly and it's been like that for almost a year. The management is aware of this problem and didn't do anything about it. They had a similar problem with another gate and as a result one of the residents was attacked. Then the management tried to blame it on the residents by saying the residents didn't lock it properly. I also take issue with what this reviewer says about the $85 utility bill. My last utility bill was sky high and I was barely there. Must be that this person was never there.

Utility costs are very high, for the 1 bedroom this past month it was NOT $85.00. It came to $104 or so for a simple 760 sq ft, 1 bedroom. I can only imagine it being higher for people in larger apts within the complex. It is unfortunate that the water charges are high due to lots of watering the grass and trees. Also, the large pot hole does exist right by the mailbox area. I mean, large pothole as in around 1.5 to 2 feet in circumference. :o
