This is a good place to live, but it could be a lot better. Main complaints are the fact that utilities are very high as it is done through a complex wide allocation of utility charges. Thus, even though I am a single person in a 1 bedroom apt, I am still allocated $100 on average of utility costs. Also, the new tenants that have been moving into the complex consists of younger college-aged crowds of people that tend to stay up late and cause lots of noise outside.

On the positives, the office staff was very responsive and helped when need (albeit this was a previous management company, will have to see as a new company has taken over the complex). Also, the architecture and landscaping of the complex is very nice (at the cost of high water utility charges). Also, the pricing is pretty good in comparison to other apartments in the area (although this may be what is causing more rowdy tenants to move in).

As I said, it's a good place to live but it can be done a lot better. Here's hoping the new management company can make this place a great place to live in.
