I have lived in this apartment complex for 9 1/2 years. The first five years were wonderful. The ground, swimming pool, jacuzzi were immaculate. During the last two years the swimming pool and jacuzzi in the back apartment complex are filthy with stale water in the jacuzzi. Garbage can near the barbeque grills is rarely emptied and overflowing the majority of the time. People throw baby diapers, dog poop and food and it smells 80% of the time. Maintenance is virtually non-existent. My breadfast nook flooded two days ago, maintenance did come out and call carpet company to come extract water from rug. To this date, no one has come to see if there was any damage in the apartment. There is a big gap between the ground and stucco right outside the breakfast nook which I brought to their attention three weeks ago and nothing has been done to it. I have bugs crawling into the breakfast nook from outside and crawling on the ceiling and floor. The washers and dryers in the laundry room are filthy.

From reading this review, I know this person and they are one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Their problems go far beyond what is written here. The trash can, a month later, is still not emptied. We know tenants that have extensive water damage and mold problems also. The main problem is management and maintenance, who care little if nothing at all about their tenants.

I also lived here and experienced all these same issues. I was also broken into at this complex. My husband and I have a brand new baby and we were robbed! Maintenence and security is horrendous. The hot tub has NEVER been usable because it's been broken for the 3 years we have lived there. Not good!
